Key Responsibilities

  • Work on ad hoc development projects as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain SQL reports using Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and related tools.
  • Assist with data management, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various IT and development needs.
  • Utilize ancillary coding skills (Java, Python, C#) as needed for projects.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, reports, and development tasks.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SQL, including query writing and database management.
  • Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, or related reporting tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Java, Python, or C# is beneficial but not required.
  • Previous use of a revision control system such as Git or Subversion.
  • Working knowledge of a cloud platform such as Azure or AWS is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • No specific degree required—relevant experience, training, or certifications will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with internships, research projects, or hands-on development work.
  • A passion for learning and growing in the IT field.
